UnoVins Participates in Namwon Smart Senior Center Project, Accelerates Digital Wellness Business

Digital health-tech company UnoVins has begun expanding its presence in the public digital wellness sector in earnest by participating in the “Happy Space for Seniors Smart Senior Center Development Project” in Namwon City, carried out by the Bit Computer consortium.
Bit Computer, the lead company of the consortium, is participating in Namwon City’s Smart Senior Center project in North Jeolla Province and is pushing to expand the application of telemedicine services. Under the initiative, senior citizens can receive medical consultations through video calls with doctors at local senior centers and obtain prescribed medication through visiting nurses on their behalf. At the core of the project is the integration of various on-site services—including smart video conferencing, digital healthcare, and daily safety support—into senior centers in order to provide comprehensive assistance for health management, communication, and safety.
Through its participation in the project, UnoVins said it has confirmed both the practical applicability of its digital healthcare technologies in real-world settings and their scalability within the public sector. The company noted that the project is particularly meaningful in that it enables older adults to access wellness-based health management services in senior centers they use on a daily basis, while also allowing UnoVins to accumulate real-world implementation experience in the public domain.
The company views its participation not merely as a one-time deployment achievement, but as a starting point for future expansion into smart senior center projects nationwide as well as a broader range of B2G (business-to-government) initiatives. Based on its proprietary biosignal-based digital healthcare technologies, UnoVins plans to expand its application scope to include public institutions, local governments, welfare facilities, and community hubs.
To support this strategy, the company is diversifying its wellness product portfolio. Its “UNO CARE” solution is a wellness platform capable of camera-based identity recognition as well as photoplethysmography (PPG) and electroencephalography (EEG) measurement. A key feature of the platform is its ability to expand data utilization through integration with a wide range of external devices, including blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, body composition analyzers, and height-and-weight measurement devices. In addition, “UNO Thrice” is offered in three formats—kiosk, stand-type, and portable—allowing it to be flexibly deployed across various environments such as senior centers, welfare centers, public institutions, corporate workplaces, and community spaces. Based on this product configuration, the company plans to expand a wide range of wellness businesses, beginning with the public sector.
A company official said, “Our participation in the Namwon Smart Senior Center project is a case that demonstrates how UnoVins’ digital wellness technologies can be utilized in actual public-sector settings. Building on this momentum, we will strengthen our foundation for B2G business and continue to expand diverse wellness products and services centered on the UNO CARE product line and related solutions.”
Meanwhile, UnoVins participated in KIMES 2026, the medical device exhibition held at COEX in Seoul from March 19 to 22, where it showcased its mental wellness management solution. KIMES 2026, officially the 41st Korea International Medical & Hospital Equipment Show, drew a wide range of medical and healthcare industry professionals during the exhibition. UnoVins said it plans to continue expanding its digital wellness business by combining its measurement technologies with data-driven services going forward.
